In this class, specially designed for beginners yoga, we incorporates creative games, animal yoga poses, stories and fun to provide a comfortable atmosphere for your child to move freely and blossom. In addition to physical activity, Yoga is a discipline that teaches children self-esteem and self-acceptance as well as balance development, coordination, body movement, fine motor skills, and verbal communication.

Yogimasters (7-10 year olds)

This class is for school-aged children and is most similar to an adult yoga class. We incorporates sun salutation, yoga postures, creative games, interactive team building activities, and fun! These classes focus on peer-to-peer interaction, balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, and attention .
